Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
14-Day Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your purchase. The furniture must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
How to Return

- We will arrange collection of the item at a mutually convenient time
- Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund
Return Costs
As garden furniture is a large item, return shipping costs may apply. We will advise you of the exact cost when you contact us. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will of course cover all return costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Every set is checked before dispatch, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.
Refund Timescales
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
