Every order from Rattan Garden Furniture UK includes free delivery to your door across the UK mainland. There are no hidden charges and no minimum order value.
How Delivery Works
Your furniture will be delivered on a pallet via our specialist delivery partner. Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, though during busy periods this can extend to 7-10 working days.
When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If you have a preferred date, let us know in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate it.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Your furniture arrives on a pallet, typically via a 7.5-tonne vehicle
- The driver will unload to the nearest accessible point (usually your driveway or front garden)
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- If you have any access restrictions (narrow lanes, gates, etc.), please mention this when ordering
Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK mainland. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other offshore locations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us.
Checking Your Delivery
We recommend checking your furniture on delivery day. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please note this with the driver and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
